Auditor’s Report:
This Year Became Historic for the City of Goodness
For the first time, we welcomed the new year not in a rented space but in a home we built with our own hands – together with donors, friends, and everyone who believed in the dream of a place filled with care, dignity, and support.
Each room was furnished in partnership with compassionate people. Personalized plaques appeared on the doors – in honor of families, businesses, and even entire cities that contributed to creating a safe space for women and children. This is more than just walls – it’s a symbol of trust, empathy, and shared responsibility.
Over the past year, more than 3,000 women and children in crisis have received help at the City of Goodness – from humanitarian, medical, and educational support to shelter, rehabilitation, legal assistance, and professional development.
Exhibition “A Fresh Start”

The exhibition “A Fresh Start” in Chernivtsi was a charitable photo project organized by Marta Levchenko, Dasha Tenditna, and the I Am the Future of Ukraine Foundation.
We raised awareness about the issues of orphanhood, trauma, and the importance of creating new opportunities for women who have suffered from violence.
The exhibition also helped raise funds for the construction of a crisis center for women with children – City of Goodness. It consisted of 46 photographs.
A Place Where Children’s Dreams Come True
The City of Goodness has become a place where even the boldest childhood dreams come true.
Nine-year-old Sashko, who battled brain cancer, dreamed of becoming a police officer. Together with the National Police of Ukraine, we made his dream come true — 72 police officers held a ceremonial initiation for the boy.
His smile that day was the highest reward for our work. After Sashko’s passing, he was buried with police honors.
Mothers’ Social Entrepreneurship
The mothers of the City of Goodness began producing unique handmade items — bags and decorative runners that are now recognized throughout Ukraine. This is not only a form of creativity but also their first steps toward financial stability.
New Construction
We began building a second residential building. Every day, new requests come from women and children in need of protection — and we must be ready to welcome everyone.
Eco-Friendly Solutions
We installed solar panels to use natural energy for the center’s operations and set up a high-quality water purification system, providing clean water for hundreds of residents.
Education and Independence Center for Mothers
Throughout the year, we laid the foundation for a maternal empowerment space — a place where women can rehabilitate, learn, and grow.
We also started preparing to open a kindergarten.
Our goal is not just to help mothers but to make them self-sufficient and financially independent.
Training programs, individual consultations, psychological support, workshops, and development communities have all become part of the center’s daily work.
Opening of the Kindergarten

A children’s play area for ages 3 to 7 has been created at the center.
It includes zones for morning exercises, creativity, cartoons, and play with building sets and mosaics.
Thanks to the teachers who supervise the children, mothers can now rest, work, or attend training.
Development of the Crisis Center
This year, we implemented new programs that strengthened our institutional capacity as a crisis center.
These include structured family support, expanded partnerships with medical institutions, and the development of care standards.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has stood by our side.
This year is proof that together we can change destinies and open new paths for those facing the hardest challenges in life.
The City of Goodness continues to grow.
Every act of kindness is another brick in the future – one where children are happy and mothers have the strength to move forward.
